      Placed the order online 12/19/24, PYM charged my credit card 12/19/24 before shipping. Orders are shipped within 24-48-hours. *** would notify me when shipped. 12/30/24 had not received shipping notification, sent several emails, no response. 12/30/24 cancelled my auto subscription after no response. Notified my bank on 12/31/24 with a credit dispute. 01/03/25 received email from ***** *****, told me they were getting a new shipment in that day & would ship my order ASAP with a 20% discount for the delay. Still have not received my order, nor email notification of shipment. I have sent out some emails to ***** ****** and ******************* Several emails sent to both ***** and info@ that I needed my order & why has my credit card been charged 12/19/24 when they had not shipped my order & were out of supplies according to ******* 01/03/25? No response from ***. It has caused immense anxiety and triggered my depression and SI. I told ***** that I cancelled all further auto ship orders because they charged my account when they never shipped my ********** made me both fearful and triggered my depression. They should have never charged my credit card until the order is shipped. I want my money back if they are unable to ship my order. The phone # they have is only for text messages, I do not have a cell phone. My phone is a landline. It has made me fearful that they stole my money. When ***** emailed me on 01/03/25 to tell me she was on vacation & would get my order shipped **** after getting a new shipment in that very day, I contacted my bank's credit dispute **** and had them close the complaint. But I have still not received my order and my emails are being ignored as to where my order is!
