I signed an agreement with custom wine cellars, owned and operated supposedly by ******************************* on March 16th of 2023 for them to build a custom wine cellar for me underneath my staircase. First payment was made March 24th 2023 of $25,000, 2nd payment of $16,796.6 on March 28th 2023. I was told the project will take 12 weeks to complete by then the project manager ****** who is subsequently not with them anymore. They came in and did the Demo work which on the agreement is $3,800 worth, Electric Labor which is incomplete because on the agreement it includes outlets and switches for lights which is not done for a total cost of $4,000. Thats the only work they have done which was completed early May, and they keep telling me everything has been delayed. ***** came to my house and apologise and basically said everything was ************** fault and they will be handling my project going forward. I had to ask him numerous times over the course for them to give me a schedule on when they will resume until he finally emailed me on August 8th saying that the racks and cooling units are paid in full, installation will begin September 18th, Condenser unit was arriving in 2 weeks for install which would of been August 22nd, frames would be installed a few days after the racks. Obviously none of this happened. I had to make another payment on September 22nd for a change order for $2762.75 which was discussed at the beginning of the project. They reach out to me on October 3rd asking when they can come to install the flooring and beams, we confirmed October 9th they could come which they did not show up for. I called them they said no point just do do flooring and beams by itself so we schedule October 19th for them to come which they subsequently did not show up again! i reach out to them again on Oct 23rd ***** said he is having a meeting with ***** to plan when they can finish my project i told them if i did not hear back with them end of day i would file a complaint
