      On or about September 27th Siggy's owner ***** ***** arrrived at my home at ************************************************* (ph. ************) to pick up two rugs for cleaning. 1. One rug was a 10x3 grey/tan wool runner.2. The second was a 5x7 green and beige weave bedroom rug.I have called them multiple times with no answer and left messages multiple times with no response back from them.Their lack of concern / response leaves me few options except to notify the Better Business Bureau as well as offer reviews on **** and Yelp. This is not who I am.... but their lack of communication tells me ...THEY DO NOT CARE. I need help finding the rugs they took from me. Without any further communication, I am obligated to respond to the authorities or accuse them in civil court that they stole my carpets.I need help and advice.**** ******* ************
