******* of Ratman came out and gave me an estimate. He was so popular that he wasnt able to do the job for several weeks. Being freaked out about rats in my home , I went with a company called ************** A grave mistake!! A egregious mistake I hope no one reading this will make! ************ took my $$ and did a hack job on my home. Critter Bros damaged my house and what they did was so atrocious Aesthetically as well as functionally, I continued to have rats entering my home. ******* came to my rescue and had to rectify the damages done by ************* and was able to finally put the rats out of my house. They did an amazing job! I am thrilled. Thank you Gilbertand what a great crew. Moral of the story. ******* is worth waiting for. Do it right the first time!

Gilbert from Ratman Pest and Termite Control was very helpful in assessing my termite problem and clear in what needed to be done to get rid of the pests. He was on time and told me exactly how, why, and where he was going to apply the pesticide. The job was done quickly and cleanly and only time will tell if it will eliminate the termites. But from talking to him he seems very knowledgeable and I'm confident my termite problem is taken care of.Ratman Pest and Termite Control

I was concerned i might have a rat problem and had Ratman Pest and Termite Control out to inspect and offer solutions. ******* came the next day and was clear both that I had a significant infestation in the crawl space throughout the underside of my house and that the remedy did not require the much more costly "rat slab" concrete fill suggested by several other companies. We had multiple points of entry and ******* recommended sealing them securely with trenching using galvanized mesh and stakes, and then monitoring with traps and frequent inspections. We went with his recommendation, and have been thrilled with the work and results. ****** did a spectacular job of sealing all entry points and then repairing some duct and insulation damage that the rats had caused. Following a thorough cleanup, the space is rat free with plans to continue to monitoring regularly. Ratman provides a year warranty, so we anticipate based on other reviews that ******* will be responsive if needed should we see any evidence of further problems. He was true to his word that what he suggested was a remedy that would be the most cost-effective solution that would address the problem and best ensure against problems in the future. ******* from Ratman was very supportive and experienced in getting rid of bedbugs and assured us he could support with any sightings of other rodents or rats as well. He was very communicative and made sure to continue following up to clarify any outstanding questions and check if further treatment was needed. I have not experienced any more sightings! Impressive service and hassle-free scheduling. Upon requesting a quote, they quickly set up an appointment. We were able to schedule the service for the very next day after receiving the estimate. The pricing was fair, and the quality of work was exceptional. They even provided images of the work completed and any issues encountered. Can't say enough good things about ******* and his team.I initially brought him out to provide a quote on termite activity we saw in our house but also briefly mentioned we were seeing rats here and there. ******* did an inspection and provided a competitive and thorough quote which not only addressed our termite issue but actually rodent proofed our house (versus just "setting traps" and "foaming holes"). He ended up finding 6+ tunnels under our foundation/etc. during the rat proofing process and really dug in to close everything up correctly.Highly recommend!Ratman Pest and Termite Control

After meeting 4 of Pest Control companies in the area. ********' offer was the best. Hired ******* for ************* property in ****** to get rid of rats. ******* did a great job rat proofing the buildings, and we are highly satisfied with his work. He explained the treatment and process, quoted me with a reasonable price and got started right away. My rodent problem was immediately under control.
