Terrible service, an incredibly unorganized and inefficient person. Took advantage of my mothers case and dragged it along to keep demanding money, it turns out he has hundreds of thousands of dollars of liens against him. A truly horrible person.

We hired ******* ***************** in ******************************************************************************* his words, "This is a simple divorce, everything should be rather easy to process". Considering the changes with Covid-19, we understood things would take time. His initial quote was $2,500.00. He has since, charged, over and double charged for paperwork that is inaccurate and according to the courthouse, incomplete. I have asked for proof of correction and he states that he is not concerned with what the court has to say and correcting his mistakes would cost more money. Including my inquiries to the corrections needed, he will charge me for every interaction. To date, we have paid him over $10,000 and have no resolution, documents have incorrect information and he will not complete the work without another $3,000. As in the other review here, at first, he was very supportive and kind, but as we proceed and I had questions, he was not happy with that and has become agitated, and not resolved any issues, continuing to ask for more payment to move forward and never really getting there. I am so upset and feel as though my divorce is being held hostage. Please help. thank you.

My ex wife and I hired ***************** to handle our divorce mediation. The experience at first was OK (I think, never been divorced before). As things progressed **** would become harder to get a hold of. Predictably available when a bill was due, not as much when we needed him for mediation.Of course mediation is supposed to represent both sides of a divorce without bias. I found it difficult to get **** to present ****** with my compromise ideas, and he mentioned he didn't because she was 'harder to deal with'. One time **** even took a loud tone with me and told me he is at the end of his rope and was just about done. This was all before he told me that our case 'was an easy one'. It became the norm that progress came mostly in private conversations between my ex and myself, much more so than waiting for **** to go back and forth. Mediation completed and our final judgement package was sent out eventually. To my surprise, there were many clerical errors made including incorrect addresses, grammar imperfections (not a big deal) including referring to me, a male, and 'she', and her, a female, as 'he'. In discussing the judgement package with my lawyer I was told that the work was pretty shoddy and hastily compiled, which fit the profile of my interactions with ****. I was told that 'standard language' was not included in many cases throughout much of the packet.Recently my ex-wife wrote **** an email about a disagreement we were having. **** wanted to get paid so he suggested using his services. After I expressed to him my dissatisfaction with his work, and the fact I no longer wished to use him, he started to get personal with me, saying I should take responsibility for my divorce, and not blame him, or my ex., among other condescending and personal jabs that were both untrue and out of line. ****'s service was quite poor, he took a rude tone on several occasions, was not careful, and took personal shots. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere for this service
