    This company provides SMS/MMS services so I can communicate by texting with clients from **********. I've been a customer since 2017. I am a loan officer with ************************ and I've used their service without any problems until November 2024. I received an inflated invoice in 02/2025 and then inquired about the changes. 360Cloud provided a report of usage showing that my outbound SMS and MMS messages went up from 368 in November 2023 to ***** in November of 2024. -- The inbound MMS per their report shows 18 in November 2023 to 457 in November of 2024. -- The trend is repeated in December, showing an increase from 322 total messages in Dec 2023 to total of ***** in Dec 2024. -- The trend is then ramped up further in January, showing increase from 426 total messages in Jan 2024 to ****** in Jan 2025. -- The billing has increased from roughly $40/mo to now $1,429/mo in January 2025 with no change to activity.I don't do any mass SMS messaging. My business is the exact same as it was a year ago and I have not changed the volume of SMS or MMS messaging. See attached the reports generated from ********** showing my outbound activity. Either this is fraudulent billing or there is a major mistake that needs to be corrected.

    This is a formal complaint regarding a recent billing discrepancy and service disruption associated with our SMS vendor, 360 Degree Cloud Technologies Pvt. ******* Contract:Our contract with 360 Degree Cloud Technologies Pvt. **** effective 11/26/21, clearly outlines a rate of 1.2 cents per SMS. We have consistently adhered to the terms of this agreement."SMS Outgoing: The text messages sent out from your Salesforce will be considered as Outgoing SMS. Which cost 1.2 cents per sms segment."Billing Discrepancy:However, we have recently discovered a significant discrepancy in our recent invoice. We are being charged nearly double the contracted rate, at 2.15 cents for our SMS usage.Failed Resolution:On 5/3/24, we contacted your billing department to address this discrepancy. Unfortunately, the issue was not resolved as we just get the runaround and no resolution.Service Disruption:Furthermore, on 5/28/24, our SMS service was abruptly suspended due to non-payment of the inflated invoice. This service disruption significantly impacted our ability to communicate with our customers and caused unnecessary delays in our operations.Request for Resolution:We request immediate action to address these issues:Correction of Billing: We demand a corrected invoice reflecting the accurate contracted rate of 1.2 cents per SMS. Any overcharges should be promptly refunded. That includes the current invoice and all prior invoices that had the incorrect rate.Compensation for Disruption: We request compensation for the disruption caused by the service suspension.We have attached a copy of our contract outlining the agreed-upon pricing for your reference. We expect a prompt and satisfactory resolution to this matter.Sincerely,*****************************
