I received no notication that my account was closed so i called today because **** sent my mail to my po box and the individual who rudely answered named ****** from the beginning of the call had a rude attitude. I asked her why my account was closed and what do I do now with my mail that they have. She told me to figure it out. She was speaking to me as if she was above me, very nonchalant cery careless. No respect. I asked to speak to her manager. Or whoever is above her and she said no one is above her. Clearly there is unless shes the CEO of the company which she isnt. She refused to assist and refused to get me a manager as if im asking for free handouts.Business Response

ON 09/07/2024 MY ASSOCIATE ADDED ME TO HIS MAILBOX DUE TO MAIL I HAD THAT WAS ISSUED TO ME AND ONE OTHER ON THE BOX. IN ORDER FOR HER TO RECIEVE HER MAIL I HAD TO FILL A NOTARIZED FORM 1583 THAT HAD TO BE NOTARIZED DUE TO THE MAIL HAD MY NAME ON IT. I PAID A VIRTUAL NOTARY ONLINE ALMOST FOURTY DOLLARS I HAD TO SUBMIT MY DRIVERS LICENSE FRONT AND BACK AND A VEHICLE REGISTRATION FORM FOR DOCUMENTS. I ALSO HAD TO DO FACIAL RECOGNITION BEFORE THE NOTARY MEETING THROUGH AN ID ME PLACE. AFTER SUBMITTING DOCUMENTS I RECIEVED AN EMAIL STATING MY DL WASNT VALID AND I HAD TO PAY AND GO THROUGH THEIR NOTARY IN ORDER FOR MAIL TO BE G IVEN. ALSO THEY NOTED INCOMPLETED SPACES ON THE FORM 1583. I GOT ON WEBSITE AND NOTIFIED THE NOTARY AND SHE FIXED WHAT THEY SAID WAS INCOMPLETE. I DONT THINK THEY SHOULD FORCE ANYONE TO USE THEIR NOTARY NOR THEY ARE STRAIGHT WRONG AND FALSELY STATING MY DL WASNT VALID. In order to comply with **** regulations, all individuals receiving mail must submit a notarized 1583 Application. This process is in place to protect your privacy and ensure that mail is released only to authorized recipients. Over the past week, weve had several discussions with the account holder regarding the documentation needed to maintain compliance with ****, including the option to complete the required forms through Proof.com, where we offered to credit the account for the notary fee.
On September 12, 2024, we received confirmation from the account holder that your application was finalized through Proof, which allowed it to be successfully processed. At that point, the account holder confirmed they were able to pick up the items received.
We have worked with you and the account holder to resolve the matter, and we are glad that the form has been successfully processed and your mail has been delivered. Please do not hesitate to reach out if you have any further questions or concerns.Customer Answer

When I signed for this service there were multiple carriers to choose from. In May these options disappeared and only **** is available. I can't use **** because all mail is forwarded to the PhysicalAddress address. I need *********** DHL or anyone else who is NOT **** in order to get my mail as I'm not in ******* and can't get local pickup. *********************** confirmed that they don't know when ***** would come back and ***************************** confirmed that *** was never an option. Apparently PhysicalAddress outsources the shipping rather than just doing it themselves (doing that would have avoided the problem). *********************** processed the last batch manually. So that means they CAN do it. Yesterday, *************************** refused to do this process. So now I am not getting my mail.THIS IS CRITICAL MAIL AND IT NEEDS TO BE DELIVERED EVEN IF THEY MUST DO IT MANUALLY. I AM PAYING FOR A SERVICE THAT I AM NOT GETTING. I expect the mail to be forwarded to me via ***** or *** overnight (NOT 2-day), at THEIR EXPENSE, for this issue and I expect they get these services re-enabled ASAP.Business Response

To whom it may concern,
This client is disappointed certain shipping options are no longer available. We have been working with our shipping partner and the client to offer an alternative carrier he can use to ship his items and have been since he reached out to ** on 06/05/2023. We are currently in the process of getting the option he wishes to use turned back on.
I have reached out to the client this morning at 8:53am regarding his shipping options and am currently awaiting a response from him before proceeding.

PhysicalAddress.com is a mailbox service which includes mail forwarding. I signed up for service to maintain a ********** address and to have my mail forwarded to ****** while I am visiting ******. When I signed up for the service, I asked that my mail be forwarded by using either ***** or ***. I was told by customer service rep that they could. I requested my bank card be forwarded to me on December 13, 2022. PhysicalAddress.com is the sole owner and operator of their businesses. When I receive mail I wish to have forwarded, I am given options to have the mail sent to me. Although I specifically requested all my mail be sent to me via *** or *****, Physical Address sent my mail to ****** via US *************** When prompted to select how I wish my mail to be forwarded, PhysicalAddress simply request if I wish to have my mail forwarded in 6 to 16 days; or up to a 100 days but offer no explicit service. I have telephoned Physical Address for assistance but they simply avoid responsibility. They tell you they are sending your mail via a more expensive manner, then simply pocket the money they charged to my debit card and subsequently dump my mail in US ************** mail. When called, they are nasty and refuse to accept any responsibility for my mail lost. This is a fraudulently operated company
