    Purchased a neon sign with warranty from createneon.com Sunday January 8 2023. Sign shorted out and failed and warranty claim was made December 6, 2023. ****** (owner) received warranty claim via email and personal phone call from me but now she is avoiding warranty claim. PLEASE HELP!!!!

    On July 21, 2023 I reported to ****** and ****** that my neon sign was no longer working. I was asked by ****** to send video and email footage. Once the info was sent and after several outreach attempts to get an update I was told that my 2 year warranty would allow me to have new sign to be sent in **** days. I have asked several times for tracking and got no response It has now been 22 days and still no response.

    I purchased a neon sign from Create Neon on 10/28/21. In late June, I noticed the sign was no longer operable. I researched the business and saw they have a 2 year warranty, so I emailed the business on 7/1. I received no response, so contact by phone on 7/3. On 7/3, I was given some instructions to troubleshoot the sign and told to call back with results. I called back on 7/3 and got no answer. I emailed and received no response. On 7/5, I called again and still no response. I called from a different number, and they answered. The rep stated the dimmer switch is bad, and they would send a replacement. She stated that I should receive it by the end of the week which would be 7/9. On 7/14, When I didn't receive the sign, I call from both number and got no response. I wrote on SM (they were created daily videos) but of course no response to me. I even went so for as to comment on the posts they had just made, and still no response. On 7/27, I contacted them through a transfer process, and they answered. The rep ****** who was the person I spoke to originally stated that the dimmer was sent and I should have received it. I asked her for a tracking number and she couldn't produce it. She stated she would check on it and call me back. I advised her I would need a call back that day or I was going to file a complaint. Of course I have received no call back and no dimmer, and my sign which I paid 720 (includes a warranty) is still no longer working. I am requesting a replacement part and also would like to be contact by the company. It would also be nice if they could provide some compensation for the fact that I STILL have a sign I paid for that is unusable.
