Placed order 12/26/23. Order was modified by Company on 12/27/23 to remove product from order. Only part of order received. I have requested a refund several times. On 7/13 Woman over 40 charged my CC for a $159 cookbook I have never seen nor heard of . I filed a BBB complaint to the Woman over 40 business name ( Skinnyover40) . The only dealings I had with this company was in March when I bought a bottle of probiotic . After BBB notified me that my claim was submitted , on Friday the 21, Sat the 22 and Sunday the 23( today) I was charged again for a cookbook ( each day ) . I will now call my back on Monday to cancel Cc and report fraud as well . In documents please note all seperate order #,s. On one website , I connected Woman over 40 to Radojevic LLC with that being the proprietress last name.Initial Complaint

I ordered after 40 Probiotics in April of 2023. I cancelled the subscription entirely and they again proceeded to charge me for a cookbook in the amount of $168.00 July 9, 2023 I contacted them again and cancelled the subscription. They told me that all further charges will not occur and that it is cancelled as of July 11th . Again today, July 21 they charged me again for probiotics. I purchased this product in May of 2023 as a one time purchase. In June of 2023, another shipment was issued. I emailed them saying I did not order the 2nd shipment. I was informed that I had agreed to a subscription twice along with an email confirming that subscription (which I NEVER found in my emails.) I had to bite the $74 charged to my account. I asked for the subscription to be canceled and I have TWO emails 1 on July 15, **** and one July 23, **** stating the subscription has been canceled. I tried logging into my account with this company, only to find out an account doesn't exist with my email address! On July 17th my card was charged $170 from this company!! No one will answer any emails, I've tried calling to no avail. I want a refund. These people are frauds!Initial Complaint

On 7/11/23, I received an order confirmation from this company stating I ordered a cookbook from them. I hadn't. I had previously purchased supplements from them which were ineffective and I canceled my previous order. I have tried emailing and calling them with no response. I have also alerted my credit card company of this fradulent order they claim I made. No one has access to my card information except me or them.Initial Complaint

I ordered a bottle of probiotics from this company on May 10, I finally received my product on May 27. I had communicated with them a few times via email while I was trying to get updated on shipping and always got a response. 2 days after I received the product my credit card was charged again. I didnt place a second order. I emailed half a dozen times and received no reply, the only number I could find to call took me to a mailbox thats was full. I have disputed the charge with my bank. Strangely the second bottle arrived a few days after the charge was made. Very dodgy for sure. I would like my money returned.Initial Complaint

Ordered products on 12/20/22, received a message that order was shipped on 12/27/22. Did not receive product sent email to company on 1/11/23 which they responded on 1/11/23 that they were shut down for the holidays and would receive a email with tracking information. I sent another email on 2/1/23 and 2/16/23 with no response what so ever. I tried to go on the website and it is no longer available. I ordered from a company called Skinny After 40 that was advertised on ******** and took me to their website skinnyafter40.com. I placed an order Dec. 17 for $102.72 for 6 bottles of supplements that claim to help with menopause. I received an email on 12/20 telling me my order was on it's way with the order number ****** but when I click the "view/track your order" it just says the order is confirmed, not shipped. Since then, I have read numerous complaints on their ******** ads about people never receiving their products. I have emailed multiple times with no response, and called the number on the website which is not a working number. I also commented on the ******** post and now it has been removed. Also, on my credit card, the "Merchant name" is ON STATEMENT AS *FUNHOURTOYS MERCHANT LOCATION ********** ** ***** I got the name "Rodojevic LCC" on the Skinnyafter40 website under Contact.Please help me get a refund. On December 18th I ordered a product from this company and paid $43.88. The money has come out of my bank account and I have never received the product. I have contacted the company by email and when I tried to phone them, it says it cannot go through. I would like what I ordered or my money returned.
