    Please do not use this company. I purchased 3 bathroom vanities, 3 bathroom mirrors and a faucet from the compay. *********** picked out the faucet to match the vanity and sent it to me. It was the wrong faucet and I complained. I was instructed by *********** to send it back for a refund. I sent it back. The company MaestroBath referred to me in ** opened the faucet package told me it was the incorrect faucet. I never touched or opened the packaged. I took the package to *** to have it sent back. Now MaestroBath is refusing to send a refund which is approximately $3000.00 because I was told by **** at MaestroBath that the faucet came back damaged because it was shipped incorrectly. I hate *********** and will never use their products again. They **** as far as their customer service and products are concerned. I highly recommend Kohler or Pottery Barn which offers much better customer service and would not back down on their word to offer a refund to a customer that spent this much money. This is very expensive but the handling of this matter is an example of a low class company attitude.
