    Less than two years of ownership, I have paint bubbling in between two welds of where the * top bolts together on all four legs of the ttop. I have had zero help from **** or ***** from customer service. *hey told me I had many options, but only one option was to get a quote to pass up to his higher *** to see what he could do. **** told me to go buy another one. zero help whatsoever and I know theyre going to comment on this review and say we do not cover finishes, they kept saying that I used a harsh chemical or I did not dry the boat after washing I was also told that it was the environment that I was in or that its stored moisture. I live in south ******* we live in moisture. I was also told that I was over exaggerating how it looked when its my boat not theirs when I ask ***** if his boat looked like that if he would have it fixed, he said its personal thats none of your business. I never once asked to get a brand new detox. Ill ask after spending $1800 that I could get some help to get this fixed and in response Ive had zero help from this company. It just doesnt make sense to have paint bubbling in the exact spot on all four legs in between to welds when I have no other paint bubbles anywhere on the *top. Copied and pasted from website. Stryker's 5-year warranty applies to the original purchaser of the products and starts from the purchase date and covers defects that have occurred during the manufacturing process. Defects must be reported within 30 days from the receipt of purchase.Following a physical inspection that determines a valid warranty claim, Stryker will, at our discretion, either replace, send replacement parts or reimburse for the repair of any eligible products. *he anodized or powder coated finish and hardware are excluded from the warranty coverage. How is 5 years anywhere close to 30 days? And they also say anodized, powder coated and hard water are excluded from warranty? *hat only leaves plastic material to have a warranty.

    We have been working diligently to resolve the issue with the customer, although the issue he's experiencing is outside of our warranty coverage.
