In reviewing credit card charges for the month, noted a charge from Seniorcenterscom llc with a phone number of ********** in the amount of $395.00 on 03/17/2023. No purchases or authorizations were made by me or this organization for this charge. Nor has any contract verbal or written been completed with this organization. Credit card has been notified of disputed charges. Attempts to contact someone at number listed goes to voice mail. This is fraudulent business practices and theft.

Not sure why this BBB complaint has been filed against or through Bingo Publishers.

    Someone has their wires crossed.

This ad is for Senior Centers.com.

Signed paperwork by ************************* was to place an ad on our site, see attached

We did not guess all 16 digits of the credit card, it was provided to us.

So was the proof which was signed ok as is.

Plus the additional sites they requested to add on.

Not sure why ****** would call ************, not sure how she even got that #, that is Bingo Publishers phone #.

Different business, different product, different EIN.

Or why BBB would reference that company at all.

SeniorCenters.com contact info is all over the paperwork ****** signed. Email , Phone# and Fax.

Yes, we do have a voice mail on that line as well and we always return calls.

In fact notes attached show ****** spoke with ***** regarding this matter on 3/29/23.

This case needs to be dismissed entirely.

Certainly, MUST be removed from Bingo Publishers records.

If ****** still has questions regarding the ad she purchased she can best reach ***** at ****************************.

You can also leave a voice mail,  call ************, we try to return calls the same day.

BBB - Thank you for dismissing this matter immediately.

A telephone representative from Bingo Publishers Inc contacted me at my business via phone. He was selling ad space in bingo brochures. I agreed to purchase a half page ad which would run for 6 months. I was never told this was a recurring ad or charge. They used misleading business practices and had me sign a contract that in writing was completely different than what was mentioned to me verbally on the phone.
