    I purchased a spa cover from myspacovers and they use trend transport to ship them. According to their own records they got the shipment from myspacovers on Oct 10th 2024 and was scheduled for delivery on Oct 21st. It did not arrive and was shown to have been rescheduled for Oct 24 then Oct 29th then Oct 31st now Nov 4th. I have called numerous times to get an answer ok when my $500 cover will be delivered. My latest call was on Oct 29th and I spoke to a supervisor who assured me it would be prioritized and I would receive it Oct 31st but when I checked on it the date was changed to Nov 4. I am tired of the games and run around from this company.

    I ordered a hot tub cover on May 7, 2023, for $551.18 (Order #CG19-686320) from The Cover Guy. I received notice that the cover had been shipped on June 19, 2023 via A *****************. The provided tracking number has never worked for A ********************* tracking website. Additionally, customer services representatives at A ***************** could not find any record of this shipment. As discussed below, this was an error by The Cover Guy, and the tracking email should have referenced Trend Transportation.The cover was delivered on June 30, 2023. I did not receive notice of the shipment (aside from the June 19, 2023, email) and did not sign for the shipment. The box arrived damaged, with holes and tears throughout. The cover arrived damaged as a result, as there is a substantial tear in the cover. This is documented in the attachment (an email sent to The Cover Guy regarding my order). I have heard back from A *****************, who maintained that they have no record of this shipment. I contacted the company that delivered this (**** Trucking), who told me to contact the shipper. **** Trucking provided a bill of lading that identified Trend Transportation as the shipper. The tracking number I was provided by The Cover Guy for A ***************** (*********) works for Trend Transportation and covers the correct dates. Trend Transportation has not answered my calls or email regarding this matter. I have repeatedly attempted to contact Trend Transportation customer service and have been directed to a voicemail for each call. I have tried emailing Trend Transportation customer service and have not received back any message.
