    The retention group mortgage help company was such a godsend to me! When I called them I was in a very desperate situation, and they were ready and willing to help without any judgment or condemnation. They walked me through every step they kept me on track and they were the go-between with my mortgage company and myself. That was a lot of help to me because I am not really that good at talking with the mortgage company. I would recommend this group to anyone all of the representatives were very professional and courteous and willing and able to help.

    Quick and effective in lending a hand, my mortgage had fallen behind after a car wreck incapacitated me.. the kind people stepped right in took on the task of getting me right back on track.

    All I can say is, Thank God for these guys! I was on the brink of losing my home and I came across this company. They helped me every step of the way and kept me informed about what was going on behind the scenes. Everyone I spoke with or interacted with, were friendly and knowledgeable. I will be recommending them to friends or family, that may be experiencing some trouble with their mortgage from here on out!

    Incredibly helpful and supportive throughout the process. They reached out weekly with updates, even if there wasn't much to share, and kept me informed, which helped me keep the process actively flowing and progressing.     From ******** in ** I didnt end up using their services for my situation so Im not a customer but I do want to make it known that they are a part of my journey to get my situation sorted out and that they helped me out with the best advice I could get for my situation and I thank them for that!
