    ******'s Customer CASE ID: ******* Awaiting REFUND of SECOND ORDER...ONLY THE FIRST ORDER'S REFUND WAS RECEIVED & CLEARLY THE **** HAS SUSPICIOUS ACTIVITIES TAKING PLACE HENCE THE TRUCKERS 'STRAIGHT BACK' COMMENTS!****** assured refund of one purchase & that was refunded & yet that purchase same day WASN'T REFUNDED & THE DELIVERY DRIVER LEFT IT W/ PPL WHO DIDNT ORDER IT & CALLED THEM 'AFTER' HE DROPPED IT OFF TO SAY HE LEFT IT WHEN THE ***** VERY CLEARLY STATES THEY WILL NEED MAKE CONTACT W/ YOU & CANNOT LEAVE IT & NO EFFORT WAS MADE TO CONTACT UNTIL AFTER. THE PIZZA WAS ********** QUESTIONED JOKINGY TO THEIR MGR ****** to not allow them to spit on my pizza for mentioning the matter at hand. There was a call from me to the *************, ** branch of ************* scrorned me for calling them & asked no probing questions to resolve matter & disrespected. ****** from the *************, ** branch was respectful & we eventually got that one purchase ressolved from that call yet numerous calls made to get employee to talk to as everyone previously said they were Mgr & that they were busy & they'd call me back & yet didn't & then I called the wrong branch ************* whom has stinky practices at that time & then while speaking w/ ***** noticed the phone number was different than that on the receipt I just got out to reference & then called the correct store after their employee from ************* scorned me asking 'Why would you call us?' Clearly, I chose after the second & last experience at this time to deal w/ these immature employees using their employers' name as their personal platforms. They represent their employer as does the product served & service. They would have no job IF NOT FOR THEIR CUSTOMERS! Asking questions about products or pricing isn't outside the scope of their job.     September 17, 2022 $79.14 I live in a senior community and we celebrate birthdays once a month. I ordered online but it wasn't working and said to call this number to order. Which I did. It was $18 more than online, but I was frustrated and had 15 people waiting, so said ok. The pizza was delivered and we ate. Then a second delivery came. I explained to the guy, he called his manager and was told to cancel the order. He took the pizza and left. I called that evening and was told it would take 2 to 3 business days for a refund. I've called over 20 times have had many excuses - can't find second order, card won't work, probably being reviewed. ******* is the manager and was helpful. I was told several times by ******* that the information was sent to his supervisor and he would contact me. He never has. I believe his name is ********. Now ******* is on leave due to a family emergency. I was told **** is the temporary manager, but he never called me back.I tried contacting corporate. You can email, which I couldn't get to work, or text. I've texted about 10 times with zero response. I have the charges on my bank account and told them I'd be happy to show them. I assume the figure they'll just get tired and let it go. I am tired of trying, but it's not right nor fair!
