    OptiProERP took the full six figure total progress payments without ever providing any software. They provided the list of new computer hardware and network requirements needed just to install and use their software which we dutifully procured, and was also an additional six figure cost to us. After the implementation total failure, they provided no refunds. Our software needs were defined clearly from the quoting phase and never changed. Once all payments were received by OptiProERP, and the software was claimed ready to install, only then, a new manager at OptiProERP contacted us to state we needed "finite scheduling" and that wasn't included. The very reason we required ERP was relayed during the quoting stage as "production planning and scheduling" then at the very beginning defined in more detail. At no time did they caution that they could not totally look after our well defined needs that never changed. They should have said they couldn't do it at the quoting stage, and they also could have told us at the very beginning as scehduling and production planning was defined in detail at the very start just as we began to make progress payments. They found a way to claim progress and tease out progress payments from us, but some claims of progress must have been fabricated. We ended up with nothing. We should have Googled "SAP ERP Lawsuits" which they claim they are a part of. We took comfort and chose OptiProERP due to their connection to this massive firm SAP which we respected blindly. Our experience could truly not have been any worse.
