    I ordered two of their appliances on January 7th and havent heard a word since. I sent an email, I sent something through their website and left a voicemail on their phone but havent heard back. I wanted to find out how long it would be until they ship but now it feels like a scam.

    On 11/18/2023, a SnoreRx Pro kit was purchased from Wallgreens for $10.99. This kit was used to create a dental impression that was sent to ******* to create a dental appliance. On 02/19/24, the amount of $205.95 was charged to my credit card. No dental appliance was ever delivered and repeated attempts to contact the SnoreRx (Apnea Sciences) company via phone and email to discuss delivery and eventually a refund were ignored. No response via email or phone has ever been received from this company.

    I purchased two Snore RX mouthguards in February and they seemed to work fine until March when one failed because the mold separated from the frame. So I tried the other one which, my May had the same failure. Despite following the on-line recommendations perfectly, they both are now worthless. After contacting ***************** they seemed to be surprised by this, asked for detailed photos and then stated they would replace one only and that I would have to pay for shipping with tracking recommended. I replied with another email that has gone unanswered. I made a negative review on their website which they are intentionally not publishing.Now, I have found numerous complaints from previous customers who all experienced the same problem (on websites like CVS), so this IS a know deficiency. The company has stopped communicating.I would like a full refund.

    Cannot use product chokes me. Need refund.
