All clothing andmerchandise must not have been worn, washed, or damaged to be eligiblefor store credit. Customers are responsible for paying the shippingcosts to return or exchange any items. Carefully read the followinginstructions to make any returns or exchanges go as seamlessly aspossible:
FIRST CONTACT ROCK.COM CUSTOMER SERVICE AT [email protected] WITH A SHORT EXPLANATION OF WHY YOU WANT TO RETURN THE ITEM.
You will then be given a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)number and a return shipping address. You must include the RMA numberalong with a copy of your packing slip. Upon receiving your items, wewill notify you through email and give you a store credit in the amountof your original purchase. NOTE THAT ITEMS RETURNED WITHOUT AN RMA WILLBE INELIGIBLE FOR STORE CREDIT.
