    On **September 23rd, 2024**, at **6:25 PM**, I received an unsolicited telemarketing robocall from **Tax Settlement Center**, despite my phone number being registered on the **National Do Not Call (DNC) Registry**. I have never requested contact from this company, nor have I provided them with express consent to contact me in any ****** addition to violating the **Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA)**, Tax Settlement Center illegally obtained and used my personal information, including my **full name** and **phone number**. I never provided this information to the company or authorized anyone to sell or distribute it, which constitutes a violation of my privacy.This companys illegal acquisition of my personal data and their unsolicited telemarketing practices are alarming and unacceptable. I have since filed formal complaints with the *********************************** (***)** and the ************************** (***)**, and I have reported this issue to local authorities, including the **Laguna Hills Police Department**, for their illegal possession of my private information.1. Immediately cease all communication with me and remove my personal information from their records.2. Provide an explanation of how they obtained my personal data without my consent.3. Compensate me for the **violation of my privacy** and the **stress** caused by their illegal telemarketing practices.I am prepared to take legal action if this matter is not addressed promptly and satisfactorily. In addition, I intend to post reviews on various platforms to warn other consumers about their unethical business practices.- A detailed explanation of how my information was obtained - Compensation for the illegal telemarketing call and violation of my privacy as outlined in my email I sent them over. If the issue is not resolved promptly, I will pursue legal action and continue reporting their practices to state and federal agencies.
