    About three years ago, I hired Benefit Tax solution to resolve my tax debt with the **** They were in the process of the completion of my debt with the **** Ive heard nothing from them in six months Ive made several phone calls and since several emails, but still heard nothing. About two weeks ago, I received a letter from the *** stating that I still owed the amount that they were supposed to help me get lowered, and so its like I did not receive any results at all.

    I reached out to this company in 2019 to be a liaison between me and the **** I sent them my tax documents and I have not heard from them since August 2023. I have attempted to reach out to my agent multiple times with no answer. I am needing to speak to someone to update me on my offer.

    I gave the money they told me since September that my back taxes hv been filed with the *** n that they were going to go for a settlement offer back in November or December. Now they don't call me back. They still hv not sent me my completed tax returns that I paid for. The staff I was working with is no longer there. No one returns my calls for 2 months. Terrible!

    Ive been paying money over $3k to Benefit Tax Solutions to settle my *** debt to have them 1/2 way do the job then request more money and no longer return my emails *********************** or anyone from the office. I e called multiple times and left several messages and never get a return call nor email. My file has been shuffled more than a deck of cards they always re asking for the same info I sent multiple times and blame it on the *** after they stated everything was complete and now I cant contact anyone the (800) number just rings no one answers. This business is a scam no one ever works on the file themselves every time you call either the person quit or some type of excuse them they ask for more money

    My name is *********************. Benefit tax solutions has been working with me for about five or more years in trying to help me settle with the *** on my taxes that I owe. I have spent $5,000 to do this. I have tried contacting them for the last 3 weeks and when I call I get a message that there are technical difficulties and to call back later. I call it different times of the day and still cannot get through. When I try to email them the email won't go through. There is no way to contact anyone at this company. I need to know if this company is still valid or if they have closed down or what is going on.

    Tax Solutions has disappeared without fulfilling our contract. I have called and emailed repeatedly. I have paid $7500 on March 2020 and nothing was ever accomplished with the **** Where can I locate them?

    My name is ******************************* I've had benefit tax solutions for the last five to seven years we were supposed to settle last year but couldn't because of my financial situation *********************** was my main attorney at benefit tax solution I have reached out to him for the last 3 months he no longer works there I have called and called again finally reaching somebody at benefit tax solution telling me that he no longer works there and to email the support team and they will get back to me I have tried and the email will not go through I have no idea if they are still longer in business or they had changed names or somebody have bought them out my back settlement is supposed to be scheduled this year or within the first 6 months for settlement because I moved back to the ************* where I am self-employed and make a little bit more money and I'm becoming a LLC instead of a sole proprietor to protect myself with taxes I have no idea else to turn to you I have called and emailed called and emailed 10 times and yet nothing I've tried them on social media I have tried to call six times today Friday the 5th of January **** and I just don't know what to do so I am making this a problem and I don't know where else to turn to I'm hoping somebody will email me back at ******************************* and let me know what my options are I have spent five to $10,000 on their law firm to help me out and this is how I'm getting treated so if there's anybody out there who can help me or guide me through this that would be great like I said my number is ************ and obviously you do have my email but this is very frustrating and something needs to be done about this I need to find them I need to know where they're at or I need to know the owner of this company so I can go after him directly this is not how you handle somebody's money business and especially taxes so like I said it would be great if somebody would get a hold of me I am tired of stressing about this.........thankyou

    They stole my moms money by preying on the elderly. She owed only 900$ in back taxes and they tricked her into giving them her bank info. Then promised a refund. Then said they had no funds to pay her back. They stole from my mom and promised a refund. When I called em out. But then told me they wouldnt pay due to lack of funds. Case ******.     Yhey reported to me by email that they will not refund until they have funds. But, at the same time, they report that they are out of business. I believe that the company representative is lying to the BBB when they say they are issuing a refund

    I reached out to benefit tax solution to file my taxes. They claimed to file my taxes but when i contacted the irs the informed me that my taxes have never been filed.

    All tax returns have been submitted the the State and ***. Current processing time for back tax returns are 6-9 months which is why the *** hasn't processed them. Once the *** and State process the tax returns they will process the refunds at that same time for 2018, 2019, and 2020.
