    On June 5, 2024 we received service from Bayside Window Cleaning, ***** in ******************** window cleaning and pressure washing services. We informed the owner, *****, that we were extremely dissatisfied with the pressure washing end result. The reef stone tile surrounding the pool and other areas was ground down to the cement level that is extremely sharp. Also, the hardscape cement resulted in blotchiness which ***** assured me would not happen with his machine.The original quote was $1,230.00 (window cleaning $480 and pressure washing $750)***** mentioned we could pay $1,100 cash discount.The owner, *****, visually saw the damage and said there was nothing he could do about it. I did not pay him and never heard from him until April 23, 2025 when we received a nasty demand letter stating he tried reaching us via phone and mail which I never received.After receiving this letter, I called twice before reaching him where he threatened us with "collection and court proceedings." He lied and made accusatory remarks when he told me he left messages on my phone. I have never received a voicemail , an E-mail, or further follow-up until now.I am willing to pay for the window service only, the $480.00. I have had a ***** out to do some repair on the reef stone, but my grandchild's fingers get ****** in the pool from the side where the reef stone was damaged from his steam cleaning machine.
