    We signed a conservatory contract for my daughter to be apart of their musical theatre conservatory July 1, 2024. This would be our second year signing a contract. My daughter got strep throat three times, all document by medical records and has been sent to have surgery for tonsils and adenoids in December 2024. I asked for them to release her from the contract last week after she got sick again with Covid. She is not attending classes, she is not making meaningful relationships, and she can not be apart of the Christmas performances. The conservatory is only willing to release her for the three week give legally required by the doctor and has offered no compensation for all the loss time that Im paying monthly for services. They now are requesting she attend virtuallly. They are refusing to allow us to break contract over medical issues.
