I recently had the pleasure of working with California Labor Solutions, and I must say, my experience was outstanding! From the moment I reached out, their response was incredibly quick and efficient. The team was not only prompt but very insightful, providing me with the information that I needed to make an informed decision. I recently needed to hire an outside workplace investigator. In my search for an investigator, I contacted 3 firms. ***** from CA Labor Solutions was available to talk to me the same day I called. ***** took his time and explained the process to me. Within a day or two we engaged CA Labor Solutions. ***** and his team began the investigation process the following week. I was concerned about the process as our business is a few hours from *************. The interviews were conducted via video conferencing. All went smoothly. The team at Ca Labor Solutions was polite and professional during the investigation process.Once the interviews were completed and issues were identified, I received a document detailing the findings. From there ***** and I reviewed the findings to determine the best way to proceed with the investigation. Once the investigation was completed, I received a comprehensive document from CA Labor Solutions. I had the opportunity to review the document before it was finalized to ask ************ experience with CA Labor Solutions was positive. I found they were thorough, impartial, and professional.
