    I am writing to express my concern and frustration with the poor customer service I experienced at your CORONA location on November 21, 2024. We dropped off our dog, Hazy, at day camp as we have for the past five months. Unfortunately, while en route to pick her up, we were delayed by two hours of traffic. We called at 7:14 PM to inform the team of our expected arrival at 7:50 PM. *******, your employee, informed us that the doors would close promptly at 8 PM for safety reasons and that no exceptions could be made, even by the manager (*** *****). As our ETA shifted to 8:03 PM, we were told Hazy would need to be boarded overnight, despite us explaining her sensitive stomach. Her indifferent response, indicating Hazy wouldnt receive breakfast, left us wondering if she had even been fed dinner after being at the facility since 8 AM. When we arrived at 8:03 PM, we were met with unprofessional behavior. ******* stared at us through the door without providing any communication or clarity about next steps, such as completing necessary boarding forms or discussing Hazy's dietary or medical needs. This policy about late pickups was neither communicated to us during enrollment nor outlined in the materials we received. This lack of transparency, combined with the staffs dismissive attitude, was deeply disappointing, especially as this was our first late pickup. As loyal customers, we expected better communication and professionalism. While we no longer intend to use your services, we would appreciate an explanation regarding this situation and the handling of our concerns.
