      Please use the email address of **************** that I submitted the complaint on. Im just using this email because this is an old email account where the contract was. They have not completed anything other than preliminary site visits. This was a duplication, and I have approved plans from the engineering firm which they are not engineers.

      Hello,

      My name is *********************************, I am one of the partners-owners of ProHome and I was dealing with ********************* directly during her project, I have attached some copies of emails with dates showing the process, ****** contracted us to do plans for his house rebuild after the snow blizzard, she told us her structural engineers were Kadtec, since we provide only architectural plans then the engineers do the calculations based on our plans, we started work for her efficiently, even after having to wait a few months for her engineers to secure the structure for our drafters to be able to go in house safely.

      We were in the process of completing the design, please see attached copy of the as-built plans we created for her as well, all of the sudden she let us know that she signed with both companies to do the same entire work, and decided to continue work with the other company, and apologized to us, this is completely out of our hands and our contract does not allow for refunds after 7 days of contract signing, due to the fact that our team starts to work right away, our team had already been working, doing site visits and spending large amount of time on her project.

      Any refunds will be a courtesy at this point, and we hope she understands that this is not our fault and we cannot just not paid our team for the work done.
