    1.I had been told I would get 2 time per week counselling. I did not get even close to that.
    2.There is no 12 step study at all. Not in the schedule. No person leading steps. We never did this once. This is advertised on the site + was told to me by intake people.I only signed up cause it was 12 step, or so I was assured.
    3.I was left in detox without food/contact from staff for 4 days. I had asked in advance how I could avoid doing detox, to maximize programming exposure, as the place is $$$. I was told if I arrived with a 0.0 alcohol level I would not be in detox. I arrived with 0.0
    4.I was restricted access to contacting family. I was told this would NOT happen ahead of entering. I was only allowed to use the phone when my caseworker allowed, which was rarely/ not what I had been told.
    5. I was not given a clean room and asked many times. I was sent into a room that a client had just departed from, before it was cleaned. I was given cleaning supplies to clean it myself and sheets for my bed.
    6. I asked for over a week for a towel and was told each time, wrong department....I used my clothes to dry myself.
    7.Sewage contamination in gym caused by a staff member who laughed about it. Made the gym unusable for over 10 days, could have been cleaned in an hour.
    8.Food was cold. They have methods to heat it, do not use them. EVER.
    9.Staff was rude/derogatory.
    10.Programing was minimal & not as promised.
    11. No orientation. Tour. Had to rely on other clients to show me where food was/ programing.
    12. Pool was closed, I was told by intake on the phone it would be open.
    13.No internet for periods of days - they advertise they have it.
    14.I left and requested a refund for unused days per policy. It took over 50 communication and 3.5 months to get that back.
    15. The dropped me off on the side of the road upon departing. No effort in aftercare as they advertise. Or Safety
    16. Pushed medication on me & charged me for it when I did not want it/need it.
