    I totally concur with the other reviewer, I had a similar experience with my payment being taken and never receiving the item. I ordered an item in Aug. 2023 which showed on website as being in stock, no indication of backorder, and paid for it through checking account. Contacted them by email and text several times after being told (after the fact) that the item was backordered. I am under the impression this business is dishonest based on my communications and experience with them. Never received the item nor have I received a refund after 8 months. I am out of pocket $175 and still do not have the item I ordered, cannot get satisfaction after several attempts. Too bad zero stars is not an option for rating.

    Deserves a NEGATIVE ******* rating. This is a complete fraud - they take your money and never ship and hope you don't notice. Everything is AI generated time-loops that don't lead anywhere just causing you to waste your time validating emails in an attempt to reach a human but the only human who exists at this company is whoever is pocketing all this cash. Needs to be thoroughly investigated by the government for Fraud. will be following up with attorney general as well. The charge will be disputed with my credit card and they will not receive a ***** from me. I will report them as a fake business to Shopify, which is the backend they use for payments but also looks like as trash app, so give that one a 1 star rating while you're at it for allowing "businesses" like this to operate using their technology. Shady chinese scammers and nothing more. Harvesting US citizen data and stealing our money.
