    I paid $300.00 for overnight shipping, it wouldn't have been delivered overnight until I called and complained. They finally ordered a courier to pick it up after I said the casket was sitting in MSP warehouse since the day before, It made it to the Funeral home within one hour before closing. It would have never made it in time for the burial the next morning. DO NOT TRUST OVERNIGHT SHIPPING! It was in Great shape with no scratches or damage. Do not trust the overnight shipping for $300.00. Nice casket, bad customer service. God Bless Everyone who has lost a Loved one!

    This order was placed Monday 7/31 several hours after our 1:00pm EST shipping cutoff time. The representative you spoke with, ******, explained that in order to receive the casket by Wednesday 8/2 you would have to pay the $300 Overnight Shipping fee. You also stated that this would need to deliver before 4:00pm. The order was shipped out by air to *** airport on 8/1 with Delta Cargo. Air Waybill #***-76390635. We arranged for a courier company, Pro Courier, to pick it up from *** airport the following day 8/2 and deliver to the funeral home. The casket was picked up and delivered to ******** ******** Family Funeral Homes at 3:00pm, 1 hour prior to the deadline you instructed. We fulfilled our duty to deliver the casket in the time frame you provided. We are happy you were please with the product. We would appreciate your consideration to revise this review.
