I came in to get a routine oil change on March 20th.
    TRANSACTION#200077
    PAID $91.14
THE BUSINESS COMMITED IN PROVIDING ME A PROFFESSIONAL OIL CHANGE

The manager Brittany has atrocious customer service skills when it comes to handling problems. The shop damaged my Lexus rx350 during a routine oil change, this was my first visit to A & M. She states that during the oil change that I paid for them to do, when they broke my drain pan by removing the drain bolt "they are no way at fault" even though I paid them to do the work and they broke my car. They initially verbally quoted me $950. After much discussion and debate they offered about 100$ off of the cost to repair oil pan, total cost is 791$ after discount. Adam, the owner is indisposed to speak to us and his final quote is $700 cash. Considering they broke my car and an oil pan and oil pan gasket for my car cost about $200 or so I'm not sure why I'm asked to pay $500+ for labor on a mistake they made. This mechanic claims "Honesty is their specialty" but this is not Honest work; they need to take accountability for their mistakes. I have never been so wronged by a business before and for such a large amount of damage. They aren't willing to work with me and I feel they took advantage of my lack of automotive knowledge. From my receipt, it looks like they didn't bill me for work they did on my car but also didn't explain that to me before I left their premises. They just expected me to be okay with a few dollars discount after $900 in damages. They also didn't explain to me that I HAD to get a new oil pan, I found that out later on. The owner bribed us to take down our review in exchange for a better price. Please help. I really don't think it's fair that they are quoting me a large amount to fix this when they broke it.
