    Great service, excellent costumer service. ***** was very thorough on every explanation going from unit performance to whole unit pricing. I am glad I went with polar express AC. I will recommend it to all customers needing a new or having to Maintence there AC

    Polar Express has done a great job.They may not be the cheapest but the workmanship, service, and friendly staff makes me very to have used them.I had a service call.Then I got a new AC and furnace.The system works great.I just made a warranty call after 3 months of use. I got an appointment within 72 of my non emergency issues.I was happy. Tech came out and with in 15 minutes was able to hear, see, and verify the issues. He had part ordered and got me a a new install appointment ready.I am happy to went with them.

    Polar Express is a great company and Im blessed that they were able to handle my job! ****** was great and kind extremely professional! ******* kept me in the loop as we had to reschedule due to issues uncontrollable. She makes the office a pleasure to work with! She replied to me after hours and that is 100% what I call customer service! Thank You *********************************************!
