5 starsGood communication. Reliable. Other companies tried to sell me a new $10,000 HVAC unit. ****** crafted a solution by installing a secondary drip pan with shut off safety switch for about $500. He also beat estimates for my Quiet Cool whole house fan. Stay away from the big name corporate HVAC companies. Everyone of them tried to sell me a new $10K system, ****** was the only one who offered to fix the problem.Review fromJason P

Horrible company!! Very disappointed!After wasting our time, they stated to our property management that replacing the condenser motor fan was outside their code of practice. Really? They should be removed from the ** vendor repair list asap! Another company came out the next day and replaced it within an hour! this is a very simple task. Do not call this company!! I only wish I could give them negative stars because they dont deserve any!

Well we're sorry you feel that way but there are procedures and protocols we have to follow when dealing with your property management company (the owners of the home). We need approval by them to proceed with the work detailed in our quote. Also we did not receive approval until the following day at 2pm, at which our techs were out of the area. Also is doesn't help to bad mouth the owner, company, and employees over the phone. We're here to help but it makes it very hard to with rude customers. Good dayReview fromCafes Customs L

This company is focused on doing the job right the 1st time. You can tell they take pride in their work and do not try to sell you on anything unnecessary. This makes for a fair price for their services.

5 starsSerrato quoted replacing ductwork in my commercial building and was extremely fair on price. The project was completed on schedule without any additional costs or "add ons". 5 starsOur A/C failed on the hottest day of the year. I knew that getting HVAC work done quickly would be a challenge. Our neighbor referred us to Serrato and he actually made time for us that evening. George came to our home with all the parts and supplies needed to get us running again. 5 starsGeorge and his team were amazing! So fast at a time when I could easily have been made to wait days to a couple of weeks. He came to assess my AC unit well past normal business hours, and had a new system ordered and installed in no time.
