    Went to both stores in Lake Elsinore and had horrible customer service. The clerk named Troy had a bad attitude and was rude in general.
    When I went to the second store the clerk was a female and had way better customer service skills.
    When I spoke with the manager, he seemed like he wanted to help but lacked the empathy.
    Without asking me, he assumed he knew what I wanted. He instantly tried to explain and justify why Troy didn't want offer me a loan, which was not my issue.
    My issue was customer service. Not sure if Troy and the owner Jason are more than co-workers but Jason was not really concerned with the level of service Troy gave. So based on that, I won’t be back and don’t recommend you come here if you value common decency.
    The owner also said if I leave a review he won’t give me a loan because THAT makes them look bad….
    NOT the service his employee gave….
    That alone shows you how much he cares about his customers experience and how his employees represent his business.
