    Date of transaction 10/24 I paid the company $2900 for 6 windows and they never installed the windows.They no longer answer the phone as all lines of communication I have had with them have been disconnected.

    $20,000 to replace the windows in my home. Less than a week after install they were leaking I had someone come out and claim it was repaired and that I had a warranty if anything happens. Any big rain the windows leak and cause major damage to the interior walls. Multiple attempts to contact them and no phone or emails work.

    On August 21st, 2023, I engaged Advance Replacement Windows of Riverside to replace my windows and sliding doors. Initially, I was informed that I needed to pay half of the total amount, which amounted to $5,577.49. Despite this payment, there was a lack of communication from the company regarding the installation timeline. Despite my persistent efforts to contact them via calls and messages, they often took weeks to respond.Eventually, they informed me that while the manufacturer was still working on the windows, they could proceed with installing the sliding doors. We arranged for the door installation on December 1st, 2023, for which I made an additional payment of $2,729.50. However, when it came to scheduling the window installation for the first week of January 2024, it was suddenly canceled without prior notice by *******, a representative of the company.Attempts to reach ******* were met with prolonged periods of unresponsiveness, during which she cited delays from the manufacturer. Despite rescheduling for February 17th, the installation was again canceled on the day itself, communicated only via email which I saw later in the afternoon. Despite my repeated attempts to contact her through calls, texts, and emails, I received no response.Having endured this ordeal for seven months, I find myself feeling defrauded by this unresponsive company. Despite my efforts, they have remained elusive, and to my dismay, I discovered they had been evicted from their office at **********************************************************, as listed on their website.At this point, I am seeking assistance in reclaiming my funds so that I may engage a reputable company for the required services, one that will not subject me to such distressing experiences.
