    Having ordered my 5200 game cocktail tilting arcade machine in June and seeing this BBB rating I was a little worried that I had just tossed 3K away. However, though the order took around 12 weeks to arrive, rather the proposed lead time of 4-6 weeks the cocktail unit came as described on their web site and is a wonderfully designed and engineered unit. But I did order the unit over the summer which always slows orders down. It was packed and shipped immaculately and set up was easy. Plug in and away you go. I customized the artwork on the top of the instrument which looks fantastic. The chairs are fine for the cocktail table too. Though I haven't tested all of the games yet, all do seem to be in good working order. No glitches. The unit loads up very quickly when you turn it on. I have only found a couple of downsides so far which I am yet to figure out.1- Once a game loads up, one has to turn the whole machine off and on again to load a new one. Which is time consuming and aggravating. Maybe I haven't figure out how to toggle between games. 2- The sound is fantastic but I can only get it on the games played on the long side of the three sided unit, not the ends. 3- Some games aren't what they seem. I expected the "Star Wars" game to be the ***** version from 1983. It isn't.

    Ordered a cocktail table arcade came to me completely destroyed l sent it back. ***** the owner said he would refund me. He did not its been six months and he refuses to credit my money back. He wont even send me what I paid for. ***** is anti American and a fraud.

    Unfortunately there was a misunderstanding with this order. I have been in contact with the customer and we will be shipping out a new unit to them with a different carrier. We believe this matter has been resolved.

    I have had the TR2 Gun System, and it Rocks. My Kids Love it. The company was a great Help and the owner called and Thank me for the Order Nice touch

    Bought a 4p slim arcade machine. There are something like **** games included. It's unclear if these are authorized/official versions of games. While many work just fine, many are glitchy or contain non-US versions with foreign text and instructions. Quality is much lower than expected. Company was at times responsive and sent me new cards from ***** intended to fix my issues, but none of these work. After 3 years of trying to get these issues fixed, the best the company offered was to refund me if I packed and shipped the item back to CA at my expense, which would be considerable. I've chosen to keep the partially defective product and cut my losses.
