    Audiovisons ORANGE COUNTY ********************************************************************************, 949-206-0606) ************************* *************) Audiovisions Orange county office team and ************************* are responsible for the factthat they did not startany work over the 3 weeks after they received $30,000 but requested to sign the contract.There was no actual work ever done at Shins house and no material received. There was not even an order even though they wanted us to pay over $5,000 for different items which I was never informed about over 3 weeks.Additionally, they did not let me know the first time that I needed to pay an extra $****** for electricity work which I eventually had to hire for myself to do their work.This means they are withholding a cost of about $****** extra that I had to pay in place of their work independent of the$5,865.30fee, and forced me to signed the contract to pay the $30,000 deposit to them.So the overall total cost for my house lighting work is now $5,865.30+$5,000+$ ******= $68,150.30 + extra.I need to have myfull refund for the contract which clearly has no mention about paying forcancellation besides the restocking fee.However, I am willing to pay them the reasonable amount for your consulting time and extra ****************** ($579. 68) + $1,500 for others.I ask them to refund $27,920.72.They want to deduct $ ****** ****************** + $4,637.50 total $5,217.18 from my deposit.
