    02/06/23 The internet service is consistently down. I work from home and pay for business service to have access to what was explained to be better service and more reliable. Since moving into this address the service is consistently having an issue which is causing me to miss time from work. Multiple calls the remote service indicates yet another area outage. This many outages means they cannot provide service here, right? Service is approximately $73 per month and I have been down AT LEAST a whole month's worth since August 2023. Last time I was down the company Finally admitted to an issue when the tech came out he said the line was old and in disrepair. The tech said it was replaced from what I understand. I am down again today. But the company says it is not down. They should NOT be able to sell service they are NOT able to provide and then have the customer spend hours changing down service.

    Was charged again for account that is no longer in use, called and talked to customer service said they had no record of it being disconnected. Gave the confirmation number and was told it would be refunded. Was called back latter and told that the store never scanned the equitment that was returned so we have to go to store and get the information and upload it. Continually charged us for a service we requested to be canceled, when the equipment was returned then you charge us again because of your lack of performance. Cant call the store location because no number is provided made us do your job by tracking down all the information you should have got from your store seems not only should you provide a refund for all the months that you charged with no service being provide but you should pay us for doing your job.

    We have had ******* come out. Absolutely pointless because nothing is ever done. We are a health care office and need to have our internet working. This has been an on going issue and never fixed. This is becoming a hazard as we have emergency patients that cannot get a hold of us. Fix this immediately or legal actions will be taken. Also, I called specturm and a supervisor was suppose to call me within 60 minutes. It's been 3 hours. Ridiculous. Start training your people better.
