    Hello, I had an appointment scheduled with Sacred Brows on February 6th, 2023 for which I paid a $450 deposit. Tragically, a few days before my appointment the owner of the company, *******************, had a terrible family emergency and had to cancel my appointment. I completely understood the situation and was told my appointment would be rebooked. I tried rebooking a few times but ***** ultimately decided to take a leave of absence for at least a year which again I fully understood. I was told on April 4th, 2023 that I could receive a refund for my $450 deposit or remain on the waitlist until she returned. I wanted to give her time and space but I eventually moved out of CA and requested a refund on July 17th, 2023. I have since been following up frequently to the business email address with zero response. I've also attempted to contact her on her business instagram account where we initially made contact as well as her personal instagram account with no response. I am sensitive to her situation but the deposit was a big investment for me and I'm increasingly frustrated by the lack of communication and professionalism. Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thank you!
