    On 7/22 we placed an online order for a Pegasus chair for our daughter at a cost of $1699. We were told upon checkout to expect 4-6 weeks shipping. We were shocked when the shipping label was produced on the 7/23 that said our order was on the way. After a week we contacted Bangeran( 8/9) because the shipping label said that is when it would be delivered. We received an email on 8/11 saying that there was a shipping issue and they would get back to us. Between 8/11 and 8/20 there were several emails explaining that the product was on back order. We reached out on 9/16 checking on the status of the back order and were informed that the product was back ordered until December. On 9/20 we canceled the order and were told to expect our refund in 3-5 business days. As of 10/8 the money has not been refunded.This does not account for the 30+ phone calls that have gone unanswered.

    I ordered a replacement power wheelchair rear tire on July ******* and it was supposed to arrive August 1st. I havent received. When I had my son call and text twice, he received no response. His email is *********************** I live with my son.

    to send the replacement of the replacement out. So We got the correct battery and the wheelchair still did not work. We bought a battery tester and our battery and the new battery were both fine (so $300 extra for nothing). I emailed back and send videos of the issue. They said they would have their technical support team review it and get back to me. This was on June 10th and I have not heard anything back. I emailed again on the 23rd and 27th and still no response.

    Hi, we have reached out the customer, and came to the agreement for sending him a replacement battery. He also said he will withdraw the complaint when he gets a working replacement. Thank you for your time regarding the matter. Let us know if there's anything else we can do.

    I purchased a handicapped mobility power chair that has an error code that the manual instructs me to call to fix, but in four days that refuse to answer me!
