My car was illegaly towed from in front of my residence, *************** (towed from in front of 29 Vantis) on October 30, 2022 by Mission Viejo Towing .The car was parked during overnight hours. ********* reported to Mission Viejo towing that my car was in violation at 5am by ********* and within 30 minutes it was towed 530am approximately (attached). The rules per the **************** for overnight hours require that a notice be provided before towing if a weekend - and before business hours. The car was towed before business hours began only 30 minutes after the citation was placed. The date was October 30, 2022 a Saturday and the car was not on premises during business hours.According to both Vehicle Code section *****(a)2 - see attached and ************************ rules (see page 3 of parking rules attached) and the signs that reference these two authorities which are on the premises, the towing was illegal by Mission Viejo towing because notice is required in both cases (cannot do an immediate tow prior to business hours for where car was parked); there is notice required for Vantis rules and 96 hours notice required per Vehicle Code section ***** attached. As such, the company that contracts with HOA **************** (Mission Viejo Towing) has acted in violation of the community rules and the Vehicle Code (a misdemeanor). A report will be filed with the ** sheriff by me November 1st detailing the above. As a remedy for my damages, you are hereby requested to contact Mission Viejo Towing - and notify them of the illegal towing explaining the above - which are the rules they are supposed to follow when towing vehicles from Vantis. If not reimbursed in full (see attached costs out of pocket ****** I intend to bring civil suit (and will inquire for other residents who have been affected) against both Vantis HOA, Mission Viejo Towing and *********.code.Please note that section VC ***** indicates that damages may include doublle the fees charged or perhaps
