    I contacted a few places that do eyebrow permanent makeup. Peacock permanent makeup academy's owner, *****, introduced herself as an international master in the field. According to her, based on what I have told her, she understands exactly what I want and expect and that she is the best person to perform this procedure. She informed me that her rate for micro-feathering is $650, and I must make a $100 deposit via Zelle, which I did (on 2/01/2023), and $550 on the day of the procedure. With photos showing the styles and shapes and colors I requested, she assured me that my eyebrows would look as natural and real as possible on the consultation day. Without my consent or knowledge, she had a trainee observe the procedure on the date of my procedure (2/08/2023) for which she had been paid. Before we began, ***** requested the remaining $550, which I again provided via Zelle. Following the post instructions, the right eyebrow tail faded and completely disappeared two days later, and there were faded spots on the left eyebrow. Consequently, I texted ***** and sent her pictures of my eyebrows, and she advised me not to be concerned and to wait. Within five days of the procedure, I lost half of my own eyebrow, which resulted in me crying and hiding at home for Valentine's *** in order to avoid being seen by others. As I called ***** on Wednesday, February 16th at 9:35 am and tried to explain the situation, she refused to allow me to speak. Instead, she continued talking about how amazing all her works were and repeated with a middle-eastern accent, Do not worry, Do not worry. When I asked why I should not be concerned about the loss of half of my eyebrow hair, which may never growback, she replied that it was your own fault. After I pointed out that her attitude is unprofessional and that she needs to listen to her client's dissatisfaction and take responsibility for ruining my eyebrows, she replied, "Go do whatever you think you can do." and hung up on me.
