    I have used this service for a few months. I ran into an issue a couple of months ago where my renewal didn't process. I was told to enter a new card number to proceed. I did that. The following 2 months both cards were charged for renewal. When I tried to get refunded for the double charges, they stated that they could only refund the last charge because they have a 7 day refund policy. I explained that this was an error on their side, not my side, and because of this that 7 day rule shouldn't apply. They refused to issue the refund.

    I clicked on their 3-day free trial, however after entering my credit card information,I was immediately charged $189.99 for a full year subscription. I tried emailing them to remedy the problem but there was no response. Their website says the co-founders are **** ******* and ****** *****. I cancelled this membership immediately and requested a full refund.
