    In January 2024 I paid $300 to register a used trailer I purchased in *******. This included all registration fees, title transfer, and fees to transfer from ******* to **********. It has now been 6 months and I have not received my trailer plates, registration, or tags. I go into the business weekly to get status and am told they are still working on the paperwork with no explanation to the delay or what is being done to resolve. I am concerned I will get a ticket for unpaid registration.

    After purchasing my *** 328i , I went to Allies to do my vehicle registration and transfer. This was on May 17th 2022. It's now Dec 28th 2022. I took in smog certificate, transfer doc, title, proof of insurance and payment. They took all of that and a few days later when I. Called to see if my paperwork was done. I was told at that point that I was missing a few transfers in between the guy I purchased the vehicle from. It took me about a week to get the forms from him and then take them back to allies. I paid for another 4-5 transfers and gave them all of the original paperwork. I waited about 2 weeks, still no title or registration in my name. Since then, I have called Allies no less than 30 times and spoken to ***** (the owner) and the girl who processes the paperwork. I get told I will receive a call back after they look into it. No one calls back, no one helps, I don't have any of my paperwork or even copies, plus I'm out all of the money I paid for all of the transfers. My registration expires in 2 weeks and I have no way to fix it
