    One star because you cannot give a negative star rating.This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. They bought out the mom and pop company that was before and prices went up and service went to ****, riddled with absolute complete incompetence. I moved out in November of 2020 after having an account since at least ****, and canceled, several months in advance, with the driver picking up my dispenser that I'd had since ****. I called them and had a letter to the driver.They continued to deliver water for more than 6 months to my old address, an then later they claimed that I still had the old crappy, decrepit dispenser. I spent an average of 45 to 60 minutes on each phone call with various representatives, for probably 5 phone calls, all of who assured me that the problem was resolved. In addition, I sent several emails back to them, responding to billing emails that originated from them and the only response I ever received was that they "couldn't help me since my name and account number was not in the email" (it was and it was also in the original email they generated). Now these morons have sent it to collections claiming I owe over 500 dollars! The first collections rep I spoke with was actually articulate and knowledgeable and said I would then receive an email from her supervisor to resolve it, which I never received. Afterwards I fielded several collections phone calls from a bunch of idiots who I couldn't even understand and who couldn't converse, and yes, these people were American, it wasnt being off shored or out sourced.My credit rating is high 700's, low 800's, Ive always paid my bills on time and in full, and I will gladly take the unjustified credit hit hit rather than pay these incompetent idiots a single cent for something I never received and no longer have.If anything, they owe me at lost wages for the amount if time I have wasted attempting to deal with and resolve this.Do yourself a favor, buy a ******.
