    The way this water store works is you have an account and you can put money on your account to get the best price per gallon. You must pay in cash they do not ************. Prior to March 2020 we had put $45 on our account. Covid hit and they have not opened back up in almost 3 years now. They have one dispenser outside that accepts cash so you can still fill your water but you do not have the option to use your money you gave them to put on your account. All us customers are asking is that they plan a day to open and refund us OR find a way to allow us to use the money we gave them through the outside dispenser. Its ridiculous at this point.

    This business accepted money on customer's pre paid accounts for **********************. They offered a discount rate if you pre-paid. The more you bought, the cheaper the price. This only applies to using the credit inside the store, and not at their curbside coin operated water vending machine. They closed their doors for covid over 2 years ago, and have not re-opened their doors. I have left many messages with my contact information asking for a refund. There has been no response. They even have a letter on the storefront from an employee acknowledging that they owe everyone money, and it will be "worth it" to those who are patient. There are many other Yelp reviews of 1 star sating the same scenario. Some customers pre-paid hundreds of dollars that they are being denied access to.
