24 hour notice required to cancel riding lessons.
Boarding deposits are refundable with a 30 day written notice less any fees or damages. Agisters liens may apply for non-payment of boarding fees. Board deposits are not to be used for monthly boarding fees, but refunded within 20 days by mail after horse has moved out. Deposits paid to hold corrals prior to move-in are forfeited should Boarder decide to cancel.
