    JANUARY 16, ****. THE *** WAS TO REPAIR A CRACKED KITCHEN SINK. ORIGINAL REPAIR WAS DONE ****-23. *** WAS DONE, AND WAS DONE WELL, WITH A MINOR FLAW WHICH WAS CORRECTED A FEW DAYS LATER IN 15 MINUTES. HOWEVER THE CRACK APPEARED AGAIN IN JANUARY 2023. TOOK TWO WEEKS TO GET THEM OUT TO FIX IT ON THE 16TH. WHEN FINISHED THE SINK WAS NOT SMOOTH AND LOOKED WRINKLED, BUT WE WAITED THE 24 HOURS RECOMMENDED TO MAKE SURE EVERYTHING WAS GOOD. THE SINK FEELS AND LOOKS LIKE DRIED ALIGATOR SKIN. TRIED FOR TWO WEEKS TO GET THEM TO COME FIX IT. ***** SAID THEY WOULD NOT COME OUT THEY ONLY GUARANTEE TO FIX CRACK, NOT SMOOTHNESS. ASKED TO HAVE ******, THE ACTUAL REPAIR MAN, TO CALL ME ON THE ****** HAVE HAD NO CONTACT SINCE. WE WANT THE SINK FIXED TO THE ORIGINAL WAY THE REPAIR WAS DONE THE FIRST TIME **** 23 WHICH WAS SMOOTH AND CLEAR.
