    My complaint is about the *** store i believe the address is *************************************. I have a subscription with Amazon and it was supposed to be delivered by *** they are saying it required a signature but every time they went i was at work. I called *** about this order and how i can pick it up but they wanted to charge me to pick it up or to change the delivery date and time. I called Amazon to remove the signature requirement but they said there was no signature requirement that *** added that on their own. The final attempt i spoke with the delivery man through my ring door ****. He said to call *** that it would be available to pick it up. So i did and the automated recording stated after final attempt it would be help for 5 days before getting returned to sender. Once speaking to a representative they assured me it would be held and i could pick it up and she gave me the address of the location to put. I got home a little after 7pm and i entered the notice number to get it resent and it stated it was already returned to sender. So i call *** again and they tell me there is nothing they can do. This is very frustrating and unacceptable. The automated recording needs to be changed and the *** representatives need better training to all be on the same page and not give customers false information telling me this package would be held when it was not held. This shows unprofessionalism on *** part.

    *** refuses to take fiscal responsibility for delivering a package on December 15th, 2022 - a whole 3-4 months AFTER it was shipped to me on September 6th, 2022. I have been calling SEVERAL times to the complaint office only for them to tell me that even though THEY messed up, I should PAY MORE MONEY TO THEM to have it rerouted to where I am currently located in *******. The tracking number is : 1ZA24R780358383751
