    Since registering with ACCBC/CAADE they have taken excessive amounts of time to respond to renewals, the first year I renewed it took over 3 months for them to process and update the verifier. This last time they took 2 months to process and now 6+ months later they have not updated the verifier. Luckily, they did send me an application approval letter in an email which I have had to send multiple times to the county to continue working because my registration still shows my registration being expired. I have sent a ticket on this issue got an automated response saying it would be up to 90 days to respond, and that was nearly 4 months ago.

    I have been with ACCBC since the beginning of 2020 however since then service has deteriorated. I submitted payment for application renewal and late fee due to expired certification. When getting information via their website, it stated applications and renewal applications will be processed within 30 days. This was an acceptable timeframe for me, however after submitting payment and not being able to get in contact with anybody and hearing on their voicemail system, the applications are taking 60 to 90 days, *** coordinated with other colleagues who are experiencing the same issue and have actually said its taking 4 to 6 months for processing times. My livelihood depends on the certification, and if I am unable to be certified in the state of California, I cannot ethically do my job I had to invest more money to become certified through another agency. Ive still not been able to get a hold of anybody regarding a refund. I feel I should be entitled to A full refund as information provided via webpage was misleading. I understand fully the refund policy however, in this particular situation, I should not be forced to pay $260 for service that was not provided.

    I went to renew my state certification from this company and paid the fees, this company did not follow thru within the appropriate time alloted and so my credential expired. I reached out and they stated they would refund me since I transferred to a not service provider. I have yet to recieve it (******) and no one is picking up my calls or returning my email messages. The respond with an automated message.
