    Accidentally purchased this scooter on October 14, I contacted customer service to cancel my purchase immediately after purchasing. They told me they would be able to cancel it but there would be a 8% fee from the amount of money that the purchase was, which was 1170, and the fee was 93$. This purchase wasnt even in the system to be looked at and to be preparing to ship. I told them how I didnt understand why there had to be such a fee when I tried cancelling less then 1 minute after accidentally purchasing, when no work has even been done from there part, to be charging that much. Looking at other companys, no company has such a fee to just simply cancel an order before being shipped.

    I purchased 2 Solar Scooters over a month ago. Both said on the ***** website that they required a signature when delivered. Both said delivered but nothing was ever delivered. We do have a Ring camera and nothing was attempted to be delivered. Solar scooters said give them a couple of days to figure it out. They have not contacted us and we return our they are saying is responsible and there is nothing that they are going to do. I believe this company is a scam and its not legit and now my family is out $5000.

    Dear BBB

    This order has been delivered with a trackable service. 

    The customer bought two products both which were delivered with a signed delivery at different times. The customer stated both were not delivered, even though we have proof which shows they were delivered.

    We have legal proof of this and we won our case once a fraudulent complaint was made to the processor, we hence deem this case closed on the basis is a false fraudulent case.
