    I brought a transmission for 1900$ under a 3 months warranty. When I picked the car up the car seemed to be driving okay, when driving the car up a hill the speed wouldnt want to drive more then 45 to ******************************************************************** stated there was nothing wrong with it. Within a couple weeks the transmission completely without ****** told me to bring it in I had it towed to them in now there telling me something else is wrong with it now that the warranty is no long active, there trying to get 1500$ out of me to fix the problem I told told them I was having when the warranty was in place.can someone help me please I dont have anymore money to fix my car.

    we received a call from ****************** who was looking for a 2011 ****** altima coupe transmision.we had the part in stock and we proceeded to give him further information. The part was priced at $1,000 and we offered him it at $900 +tax with a 90day warranty. He asked if we can do the work for him and we offered him the labor for $900. with 90 day warranty. Total of $1,892.00 .so if anything went wrong he had warranty on both parts and labor. On Jan 9 2023 he brings the car as both parties had reached an agreement. We proceed to do the work. Our staff finishes and testes the car by driving it as far as 90 miles. on Jan 16 2023 the car is ready to be picked up.****************** then picks up and the car and takes it home. About a month later he calls in to say his reverse feels odd and brings it back. we checked the car for any possible leaks , or the proper level of fluids. ********** was fine. We drove the car again for as far as 90 miles. ********** worked fine , even reverse which was the reason why the car was back. We call to give him the car back as nothing wrong was found. On June 7 2023. he called and told us the car wasn't moving either front or backwards. we offered him a courtesy check up as he sounded angry and we wanted to help.he gets the car towed to us on june 8 2023 ,by this date the warranty is no longer valid as it voided after the 90 days passed. we inform him that the warranty was no longer valid.Shop agrees to give him a $400 discount to fix the car which he declines , and states that if we didnt fix it he would get things done in other ways.we were 100% helpfull and honest with our warranty.if all of this would have happend within the 90days we would gladly be there to fix the problem , but he did drive the car for 6 months without an issue.if there is anything we can do to help him we are here to help.
